Returns & Exchanges

Returns

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged, with tags and button envelope (if applicable) attached, accompanied by packing slip. By undamaged we mean that the garment is not torn, ripped or stained; buttons must be in tact; it must not have been washed nor been worn; it must be free of odor, pet hair, and makeup.

To start a return, please email us at hello@isabellehunterco.com and include your name, order number, the merchandise you'd like to return/exchange, and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’ll then send you a return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you obtain the correct piece is to request a return of the item you wish to exchange, and then purchase the new item. If you prefer to send your item back for inspection first and await the new item, you are welcome to do so.

Please send back the unwanted item within 14 days of its original delivery. As with returns, the exchanged item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with tags and button envelope (if applicable) attached, accompanied by packing slip. Upon receipt and acceptance of the exchanged item, you will be refunded, including the original shipping cost (US buyers only), if applicable. For merchandise shipped to/from outside the US, all shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

If we do not receive your returned merchandise within 14 days of delivery, or the condition is not acceptable, you will not be refunded and will be responsible for the cost of all items. The item that was sent back will not be returned to you.

The Studio Edit

We hope every piece from The Studio Edit feels considered and right for its wearer.

If something is not quite suitable, we are happy to offer exchanges only for alternate sizes if available, or store credit if unavailable. Pieces must be returned in their original condition within 1 days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following products: hats, custom goods (such as personalized items), sample goods, gift cards, and sample and final sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, with no signs of wear and without damage. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

You will be notified once we’ve received, inspected, and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
