Shipping Within the United States

Orders shipping within the United States are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and service selected.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed with Express shipping are prioritized for shipment on the following business day unless otherwise noted.

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout begin once the package has been accepted by the carrier and do not include order-processing time. While we carefully prepare and dispatch each order according to the schedule above, carrier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.

International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs charges, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. Depending on the destination and value of the shipment, applicable taxes may be collected at checkout or assessed by the carrier before delivery. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because these charges are determined by local authorities and carriers, Isabelle Hunter & Co. is unable to predict or control the amount assessed. We recommend reviewing the applicable import requirements in your country before placing an order.

International delivery estimates do not include delays that may occur during customs processing.
